One Ring Networks Selected to Back Haul City of Rome WiFi Network

One Ring Networks was recently selected by the City of Rome, Georgia to supply back haul services to their recently awarded municipal WiFi access project. The deployment of the city-wide WiFi network will be handled by GTS, a national wireless integrator.
One Ring Networks was selected for its ability to supply substantial bandwidth to the City at an affordable cost. In order to fulfill the requirement, One Ring Networks will build-out a 48 Mbps wireless network route from Metro Atlanta to the City of Rome . This will allow the City of Rome to connect it's municipal operations over this link as well as supply the Internet connectivity for the municipal WiFi deployment.
The new network route from Atlanta to Rome also creates a new alternative access carrier option for small businesses in and around the Rome , Georgia area.
