The company is deploying the RedMAX system under the guidelines set out by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for the recently available 3.65 GHz licensed spectrum. We are excited to utilize Redlines products for our initial WiMAX network launch, which is just beginning to break ground in the U.S. marketplace, states Matt Liotta, CEO of One Ring Networks. In the U.S., Redline is the first WiMAX vendor to receive FCC approval for its 3.65 GHz WiMAX products, and we are among the first to seize this opportunity to deliver the most reliable, secure, high-speed fixed and nomadic voice, video and data services to businesses in the Atlanta area, says Liotta.

One Ring Networks To Rollout New WiMAX Service And Provide the Atlanta Metro Market with New Wireless Offerings

One Ring Networks announced today that it will be launching WiMAX service in the Atlanta Metro area using licensed spectrum it was recently granted. The grant which gives One Ring access to 50Mhz of spectrum between 3650Mhz and 3700Mhz, has favorable propagation characteristics. WiMAX is a wireless technology which allows broad coverage with data-rich connectivity unlike Wi-Fi which is unlicensed and limited to small hot-spots. One Ring will couple this spectrum with WiMAX equipment to offer a wide array of wireless business offerings. By using the company's existing and extensive wireless infrastructure, the entire metropolitan Atlanta area and surrounding cities can expect to see new, economical, and innovative offerings as a result of the companys WiMAX network.
ATLANTA (January 9, 2008)

One Ring has aggressive rollout plans that will bring WiMAX to all major Atlanta sub-markets in 2008. Additionally, the company has plans for a multi-market initiative to expand the reach of its services to businesses throughout select metropolitan markets. "Our new WiMAX offering will allow us to provide Atlanta businesses with a whole new value proposition," said Matt Liotta, CEO of One Ring Networks. "Businesses across metro Atlanta are increasingly discovering the limitations of T1s and the need for truly diverse telecommunication services."

In the United States, an estimated 2 percent of buildings have access to fiber. That means 98% of businesses don't have any access alternative. As a fiber and fixed-wireless provider, One Ring now has the infrastructure to offer access solutions to both large and small businesses regardless of their proximity to fiber. "Companies often struggle with business continuity issues related to their telecom infrastructure," said Kris Maher, Director of Sales for One Ring Networks. "Most businesses can't afford a fiber build and are excited to learn about a wireless solution." One Ring's deployment of WiMAX technology will emerge as an alternative broadband solution for a range of business services where deployment of landline-based technologies is cost prohibitive.

One Ring Networks Praises FCC for 3650 MHz Band Decision Non-exclusive licensing allows for more efficient spectrum usage

When the FCC recently upheld a 2005 decision to continue to offer licensing for the 3650 MHz band spectrum on a licensed, but non-exclusive basis, the agency provided the industry with an unique licensing approach that will lead to innovative services.
ATLANTA (June 18, 2007)

"The offerings in the marketplace has been to a certain extent limited by the available spectrum and their associated licensing models,"e; said Matt Liotta, CEO of One Ring Networks. One Ring Networks Helps Midtown Blue Safety Force Expand Criminal Surveillance Program Observing Crimes in Awkward Places Made Possible and Affordable with Next Generation Wireless Technology

Criminals may run, but they can't hide anymore. At least not in midtown Atlanta. Midtown Blue Public Safety Force has deployed surveillance cameras throughout midtown with the help of wireless network provider One Ring Networks.
ATLANTA (April 02, 2007)

Midtown Blue has deployed surveillance cameras throughout midtown to better monitor high-crime areas and provide quicker response. The surveillance program is made possible by relatively new wireless technology that provides high bandwidth communications to out-of-the-way locations beyond what copper-based services can offer and at a much lower cost.

"Fixed wireless communications affords the ability to relay video images from cameras in awkward places where traditional broadband carriers can't reach," said One Ring Networks CEO Matt Liotta." That video feed is then routed back to monitors observed by Midtown Blue Safety Force." There are now 23 video cameras positioned throughout midtown Atlanta to help Midtown Blue better monitor the most dangerous areas of the city. Midtown Blue Public Safety Manager and Homeland Security Coordinator Wayne Mock hopes to increase that number to 35.

"The cameras have already played a major role in reducing crime," said Mock. " When we first began the project about a year ago, we were limited in the number of cameras we could deploy. Telecommunications service from AT&T was cost prohibitive and they didn't have the flexibility to supply service in the dark nooks where crime often takes place. One Ring Networks was able to provide wireless service at an affordable price. They also have the ability to connect to cameras in the hard-to-reach places where crimes are being committed."

Next Generation Wireless Technology Puts Eyes on Mean Streets
It's the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the desire to reduce crime in Atlanta that brought together Atlanta Police and wireless network provider One Ring Networks.
ATLANTA (March 28, 2007)

Today the Atlanta Police Foundation hosted a press conference to announce the deployment of surveillance cameras throughout downtown to better monitor high-crime areas and provide quicker response.

" Fixed wireless communications affords the ability to relay video images from cameras in awkward places where traditional broadband carriers can't reach. That video feed is then routed back to monitors observed by Atlanta Police."

There are now approximately 12 video cameras in place throughout downtown to help Atlanta Police and better monitor the most dangerous areas of the city. The cameras have already played a major role in reducing crime.

One Ring Networks Optimizes Network Performance with Internap

Alternative Access Carrier Improves User Experience with Intelligent Routing
The Internet's underlying protocols, which determine how data routes across the Internet, can often cause users to experience slow downloads, trouble accessing a Web site, or poor video and audio streaming quality. One Ring Networks, provider of next generation end-to-end telecommunications services, addressed these problems today when it announced the deployment of the Internap Flow Control Platform (FCP), a premise-based appliance that proactively optimizes network traffic. Headquartered in Atlanta, Internap Network Services Corporation (NASDAQ: INAP) offers a suite of technology and services that help businesses take advantage of the flexibility, reach and cost advantages of the Internet.
ATLANTA (January 9, 2006)

"Performance is our primary concern. Internap's FCP helps One Ring Networks improve user exerience especially for real-time applications that are more sensitive to latency, packet loss and jitter. The FCP measures all of these factors then selects the best network route in real-time," explained Matt Liotta, Founder of One Ring Networks. "The result for One Ring's customers is faster, higher-quality connections."

One Ring Networks currently multi-homes with four network service providers (NSPs), including a major European carrier. While carrier diversity is beneficial, the company wanted to further differentiate the value of its service. By adding Internap's proprietary route control technology, One Ring has effectively optimized its network and notes significant performance improvements of both domestic and international traffic flows.

Most multi-homed networks rely solely on Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), the basic protocol that operates between the many networks that make up the Internet, to determine which route to take for any given destination. Since BGP is unaware of the path quality between two networks performance can suffer. The Internap FCP proactively reviews each network for the best performing route and directs traffic according to its performance policy, which includes such metrics as latency and packet loss.

"Because of BGP and the fact that no single network is the optimal path to all destinations on the Internet, certain performance challenges are fundamental," said David Abrahamson, executive vice president of global sales, Internap. "The good news is that by adding the intelligence of the FCP to its multi-homed environment, One Ring Networks can overcome those shortcomings to deliver optimal performance."

The FCP also includes user-friendly reporting tools that provide visibility into various network performance metrics. Called FlowView and FlowPreview, the added features include a graphic interface and use real-time data to generate comprehensive management reports. "Diagnostics that would normally take a considerable amount of time are now automated," Liotta added. "FlowView let's my team see key measurements and an analysis of traffic flows at any given time, which allows them to focus on other aspects of managing the network."

One Ring Networks operates an extensive, high-speed fixed wireless network that offers both carrier and physical redundancy for fiber and multiple T connections. For companies that require 100 percent availability of online services, One Ring offers fixed wireless redundancy options that provide real-time fail-over from wire line circuits.

About One Ring Networks

One Ring Networks operates one of the largest hybrid fiber-fixed wireless networks in the United States and is one of the few carriers offering end-to-end telecommunications and networking services without relying on other companies' last mile.
