"We have used one ring networks for over five years both for data and voice. We originally brought in one ring as a backup connection to our existing t1 provider. We quickly found out that One ring experienced little to no downtime. We made one ring our primary provider and ultimately dropped all of our other providers. The service and reliability provided by One Ring is unequaled. In the event that a problem arises, I call a local number and actually talk to a live person and the issue is resolved quickly. This is much better than when we had a T1 via a Clec; you would report a problem they would open a ticket, call one the local bell (since they do not actually own the line) and a week later the issue might be resolved.
